Services

Young Parent’s Outreach (YPO) – young women 15-24 years who are pregnant or parenting and require support related to parenting issues, homelessness or housing difficulties. 

Supporting Young Parents Program (SYPP) - young women 15-24 years who are pregnant or parenting and require support related to parenting issues, homelessness or housing difficulties with complex needs and requiring increased access to a coordinated system. 

Youth Private Rental Access Program (Yth PRAP) - young women 15-24 years who are pregnant or parenting who are able to establish and maintain housing stability within the private rental market. 

Crisis Accommodation – un-partnered women 18 years or over with or without children who are experiencing homelessness and require assistance to access long term housing stability. 

Family Violence Private Rental Access Program (FV PRAP) - Assists women aged 18 years or over, with or without children, who are experiencing or who have recently left a situation of family or domestic violence, to secure or retain affordable, appropriate long-term private rental housing in the Barwon region.   

Intensive Case Management Program (FV ICM) - Provides a high level of support to women 18 years or over, including women with children, who have complex needs which require intensive support and for whom a high level of risk has been identified in assessment. 

Bridgelink – Provides support to women aged 18years or over, with or without children, who have AOD related issues and who want to make a positive change in their lifestyle.
